Start the day with a 30 minute Mindful Movement practice with Estes Park Yoga Kerry Shamblin - Enjoy Coffee & Pastries before jumping into a day of speakers. Lunch will be served between the morning and afternoon session as well as an after conference social hour to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine. $25 Commitment fee to hold your place.
