About This Event

This four-part series is designed for business owners who are ready to grow with purpose. Each bi-weekly session dives into a critical pillar of sustainable growth, strategy, people, operations, and long-term value while creating space for meaningful reflection, peer learning, and practical action. Walk away each session with clarity, a focused action step, and stronger connections with fellow business leaders.

This series is co-facilitated by Hope Hartman, Roger Funke and Mike Gugliatto.

Who Should Attend?

Businesses operating 3+ years who are ready to examine growth opportunities, willing to work on their business and discuss ideas with other business owners.

Each biweekly, in-person morning session includes:

  • Guided individual exercises
  • Small group peer discussion
  • Large group debrief
  • One action item
