For the past two decades, the Steakhouse has provided the perfect combination of Rocky Mountain splendor and the finest food and service, creating a truly memorable experience for each and every guest.
With nearly forty years between them spent amidst the beauty of the Rocky Mountains, owners Sandra Huerta and Thad Eggen have made a lifelong home for themselves in the Estes Valley. Together with their son Mateo, they take every opportunity to enjoy all the adventures that this spectacular corner of the world has to offer.

We decided to use the home as a VRBO. We are extremely lucky to also have a smaller cabin on our property which we rent out long-term. Ponderosa Realty has been instrumental in renting out our cabin and helping us make our home safe and comfortable for our family and our guests.
