Rock Cut Brewing Company, Estes Park's third craft brewery, was founded in 2015. From a homebrewing set-up in the garage to a state-of-the-art seven barrel system with a large viewing window from the taproom, the passion of owners Matthew Heiser, Jordan Hazelton, and Kirby Nelson-Hazelton evolved into one of Northern Colorado’s favorite craft breweries. Rock Cut focuses on high quality ingredients, authentic techniques and recipes, and innovative styles with twelve taps that pour beers to fit all palates.
The brewery and taproom are located near downtown Estes Park with expansive views of Lumpy Ridge and the Continental Divide. If the weather cooperates, post up on the patio and listen to the Big Thompson River as it meanders by. Otherwise, our bright and comfortable taproom is family-friendly and perfect for a game or good conversation. Often a food truck is on site, serving up delicious lunches and dinners, or outside food is always welcomed. Be sure to visit our calendar for a current listing of taproom events.
